If you encounter an error or bug while logged in the Assess web application your error will be automatically logged. You can also click on the speech bubble while logged in to submit a bug report. The more descriptive your bug report the better!

Yes. Assess is is operated entirely through the cloud. To access your data offline, we recommend you download Excel exports of whichever files you’d like to see when not connected to the internet.

When we release a new version, your software will be automatically updated. With each new release Assess will inform you of the new features and fixes included in the latest version!
Certain browser extensions may slow down your experience with Assess. If you feel you are experiencing unusual performance issues we suggest disabling non-critical extensions running in your browser.
