What happens to my projects/data if I stop paying for my account?

All of the projects you've already entered into the platform will be preserved and available for your review. We aren't in the business of taking your information hostage, so even if you don't subscribe, you will still be able to access the reports you already created using the same email and password.

Can I share my account with others?

Yes, but only one session can be signed on at a time. We recommend one account per person.

Are you giving my information to third parties?

No, your personal information is not shared with any third parties.

Is my data secure?

We utilize industry best practices with Amazon Web Services data center and network architecture and use SSL encryption to keep your information safe.

Can I tell my colleagues and friends about Assess?

Of course! We encourage you to tell your colleagues and friends. The more people there are on Assess, the faster we can iterate and improve to help you do better work.

Something went wrong. How do I submit a bug?

If you encounter an error or bug while logged in the Assess web application your error will be automatically logged. You can also click on the speech bubble while logged in to submit a bug report. The more descriptive your bug report the better!

There seems to be a feature missing. How can I suggest one?

Log in to your account and click the speech bubble icon in the lower-right. A window will pop up where you can submit a feature request.

Do I need to be connected to the internet to use Assess?

Yes. Assess is is operated entirely through the cloud. To access your data offline, we recommend you download Excel exports of whichever files you’d like to see when not connected to the internet.

Which browsers does Assess support?

Assess is officially supported on Google Chrome. While Assess may run on other web browsers, Assess is best experienced on Chrome. Download Chrome for free here.

What happens when Assess releases a new version?

When we release a new version, your software will be automatically updated. With each new release Assess will inform you of the new features and fixes included in the latest version!

Assess sometimes feels slow or unresponsive. How can I fix this?

Certain browser extensions may slow down your experience with Assess. If you feel you are experiencing unusual performance issues we suggest disabling non-critical extensions running in your browser.
